RATIONALE:
To bring together observers and theoreticians to exchange and discuss new
ideas related to neutron star research in a two days workshop.
A number of young researchers have been invited to give review talks.

STRUCTURE OF MEETING:
As usual, our meeting starts with a news session on highlights from neutron star research.
Then follows another five sessions with invited and contributed talks related to Neutron Stars in Future Research.
Conference dinner (optional) is at your own expense.
Lunches and coffee breaks are sponsored by the MPIfR.
