Thomas Broadgate.  His father was William Broadgate, born 1686 East Shulton, Leicestershire, "Soap boiler, Farmer", married to Elizabeth.  His father in turn was William Broadgate born about 1650.

William Broadgate lived in Normanby Le Wold (Wikipedia), Lincolnshire, some 8 km south of Caistor. The highest point in Lincolnshire is Wolds Top (168 m), at Normanby le Wold.

Richard Meanwell and Rebecca Hewson    Richard was ironmonger in Horncastle, Wikipedia (+1816).  Rebecca remarried Adlard Spiking, 1831 convicted to go to Australia, shipped late 1832 on the "Mangles" to arrive April 1833 in New South Wales.

Tealby, Wikipedia is a village between Lincoln and Grimsby. See also Tealby history (www.thisistealby.com). Henry was baptised in 1818 (says myheritage).

As married couple they later lived in Nettelston, a hamlet 1 km SE of Caistor, Linc.
Their tombstone of Elizabeth Meanwell still exists in Nettleton (acc. photo on ancestry.com).
Children:    Harriet Rebecca B (1842-1918); Elizabeth B (1844-1923); Hewson Meanwell B (1845-1848); William Henry B (1848-1923); Hewson Meanwell B (1849-1891); Joseph Palfreman B (1852-??); Hanna B (1854-??); Charlotte B (1856-1905).

DM:  Henry became quite wealthy, he owned 200 acres and employed 5 men. He donated a parcel of land for a "Weslyan Chapel". His/their grave still exists.
