Accommodation
We strongly encourage all the participants to stay in the accommodations provided by the Bad Honnef Physics Center, for convenience and maximum interactions. The full-board accommodation will be covered for all participants. The Physikzentrum itself is a gorgeous building with vivid architecture and notable paintings. An newly-built modernized annex guest house is located next door to provide additional in-campus accommodation.
To all participants: You have either received or will shortly receive the final confirmation e-mail, from Martina Albert (albert.AT.we-heraeus-stiftung.de) of the WE-Heraeus Foundation, regarding your accommodation in the Physikzentrum (PBH). This e-mail will contain a secret code with which you can enter through the main entrance of the PBH (in the historical/main building). You can get your room key/transponder at the reception desk of the PBH (the ones for the annex guest house will be marked with 'G'; you still need to collect it from the PBH reception in the main building). On Sunday after 17:00 hrs and on Monday morning Mrs. Albert will assist you with the check-in, at the reception office in the main building. Outside these hours, you can find your key/transponder on the reception desk in the main hallway of the ground floor of the main building. Please see your confirmation e-mail for more details.
