slalink - programs available with the slalink extensions to tawk.
DESCRIPTION
The inclusion of several of the Star Link astrometry library functions in
tawk allows the easy creation of scripts and programs that make
complex astrometric transformations of the columns of starbase data tables.

- Precess the ra and dec columns from one equinox to another.
