Installation notes for pgperl

Please follow the instructions in general.readme before attempting to use pgperl.

To use the pgperl extensions to perl, configure your path so that
the LfA version of perl is used. 

	setenv PATH  /astro/bin;${PATH}             (tcsh)


	PATH=/astro/bin;${PATH}                     (bash)
	export PATH


You can now use the extensions in your perl scripts. A comprehensive
set of tests and examples can be viewed by running


	/astro/install/test.pgperl
