Welcome

I am a researcher (Akademischen Rat) at the Large Scale Structure of the Universe group in the Argelander Institute for Astronomy (AIfA), University of Bonn.

I did my PhD thesis in cosmology at the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute, Groningen, The Netherlands. Then I moved to the Racah Institue of Physics, Hebrew University, in Jerusalem, Israel. After I moved to the University of Kentucky, Lexington KY, USA. And finally I ended up (so far) at AIfA.

I was born in Teziutlan, a small town in the North Sierra of the state of Puebla, Mexico.

I work on numerical aspects related to the galaxy formation process in our Universe. My research is aimed to understand how and when the main denizens of our Universe formed and evolved into the systems that we observe nowadays.
