sbas2ctype $<$ MamboMBFits: $<$ MamboMBFits.py

    DES: Converts the SBAS value to the MB-FITS keywords that define the
    Astronomical basis frame: CTYPEj, WCSNAME, RADESYS, EQUINOX, and
    eventually MOVEFRAM. All these are stored in a dictionary.
