  • Formation of planets and brown dwarfs:
    • The timescale problem of planet formation vs. disc lifetime
    • Dynamics of circumstellar discs (see movie files)
    • Architecture of our Solar System and of known extrasolar planetary systems.
  • Star cluster dynamics:
    • Substellar initial mass function
    • Dynamical evolution of star clusters and their sub-populations (stars, BDs, free-floating planetary-mass objects)
