Proposal Preparation Support and Outreach

As a service to the local astronomical community, the German ARC node organizes ALMA proposal preparation and outreach sessions in March and April 2018. The sessions are designed for astronomers at different levels of expertise and will be be held as videoconferences using zoom, which the participants can join without charge. Participants in the video sessions are very welcome to come to Bonn for further face-to-face interaction and one-on-one help with their proposals during the ALMA Community Day on 05 April 2018.

Registration to the individual sessions is required. If you are interested in any part of this proposal preparation support and outreach, please register by filling in the registration form below prior to the first applicable registration deadline. Alternatively, you may register by sending an email to arc at astro.uni-bonn.de prior to the individual registration deadlines. In your email, please specify the session(s) you would like to participate in. Sessions that do not attract a minimum number of participants will be cancelled.
